Whether your needs are to upgrade

Common upgrades include:
- Operating system (from Windows
95 to Windows 98)
- Adding memory (RAM)
- Adding a second hard drive or
replacing it with a larger one.
- Motherboard / CPU replacements.
In some cases a faster CPU can be placed in the same motherboard,
however motherboards are built to take a certain maximum CPU
speed. For upgrading to the latest, fastest CPU, you may need
to also replace the motherboard.
Revitalize your PC!
Give your PC a non-upgrade
upgrade. Is your PC is working slower than it did when
you first bought it, or takes a much longer time to boot? Occasionally,
it is worthwhile to give your system a complete cleaning, by
backing up your data, reformatting the hard drive, and giving
it a fresh install of the operating system and applications.
You will notice a trementous improvement in system performance.
This is helpful because over time, adding and removing different
applications, downloading and installing trial software or shareware
from the Internet, your hard drive can be left with a lot of
clutter that the ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS applet in the Control Panel
didn't completely remove. Some applications load memory resident
programs that often times are unnecessary, and consumes much
of your system resources (memory), which diminishes system performance.
Depending on how many and how
frequently you install and remove applications, you may want
