Before You Call
When you call or write, please
be prepared to tell us:
- Your system type (CPU, operating
system, and any special devices)
- The problem (events leading
to the problem, odd circumstances, etc.)
- Your availability
During Service Calls
It will save us time (and you
money) if you have all the documentation for your hardware and
the original software CD-ROMs or diskettes available.
Afterwards
We charge $85 per hour with a 1 hour
minimum. To go onsite we charge an additional flat rate of $15. Thus the
clock isn't started until a technician is actually working. Also,
the "trip fee" covers multiple trips (for the same workorder) and
getting parts, etc. We accept checks (with proper ID),
money orders, or cash. |
