For PC troubleshooting, performing
upgrades, Automation, and networking services, the hourly
rate is $65 in shop and $75 for on-site service (with a one-hour
minimum). After the first hour, time is kept to the nearest minute.
Trip fees

We charge a flat rate of $1.50
per mile (one way only!). We do not double-charge
the trip fee if we return with parts! For most Tulsa locations,
this comes to less than $10.00. Many repair shops start charging
you the minute they step out the door. NOT US! Charging for mileage
saves you from having to pay for traffic snares, bad weather,
and other obstacles.
Trip fees are determined by the
most simple route from the TPCD shop to your location. We provide
our customers with printed maps from MapBlast (www.mapblast.com) which show the fastest
route and the exact mileage.
Parts

We are not a parts
distributor or computer store. We do, however, track prices on
all computer hardware and software across the nation, and can
find you the best price on any piece you need. New or used,
local or national...we know the business. The replacement
you buy will depend on how quickly you need the part. We'll
let you decide.
Most repairs can be made within
a two-hour period. The usual scenario goes like this:
- We find the problem.
- If it's a software glitch, you're
up and running right away!
- If it's a hardware problem,
you're given the option to find the part and replace it yourself,
or we'll do it for you by the next business day! You are
not charged for a second trip to your location, only the
install time and the hardware (plus initial session).
If you don't choose our services,
at least watch out for
rip-offs!

Odds are, we can find the problem
with your computer. But if for some reason we can't, you'll
not be expected to shell out big bucks for nothing. In fact,
if we make a misdiagnoses for which you've already paid, we'll
refund your money! We only ask that you pay for the drive, not
the service time. (Note: this is not applicable to service return
trips where parts are ordered for next day repair). You'll
also get our recommendation for further pursuit of the problem,
no matter what!
